This month is a really simple Devotional word for us all....LIFT UP YOUR EYES!

Psalm 121 gives us a really clear picture of the way God cares for us in such a personal way and on a very personal level. "I lift up my eyes to the hills - where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth" (vv.1,2). The psalmist seems to say, just like many of us are probably saying today, (or screaming today) "I don't know where to turn for help". But then, I love this part, it's as if the light goes on, "Oh wait, I just have to look up and see that the Creator of absolutely everything will help me in any situation!"

He will. Rest in that assurance even if your situation seems so over the top impossible today. We have a God of Impossibles. Look up, let the healing waters flow and trust that God will catch every fallen tear and that each tear will be fully understood by the Father.

We need you Jesus because YOU are our only hope on this journey of life. You bring life as you rescue us time and again. Come quickly Lord. Come quickly!
