Waiting on God has two really important components. A complete dependence on God AND a willingness to allow Him to decide the terms, including the timing of His plan.

While we wait, some times we have to hold on tight and some times we have to let go. But we must always do so with hope filled expectation and trust, knowing that God is not making us wait just to see how long we can “take it.” But there are times I believe God delays His answer, and we will wonder why He seems so reluctant to intervene in our situations.

But, knowing the Lord, we must trust that He will come at the perfect moment, not a second too soon or too late.

One thing I know for sure is that He will always grow and strengthen our hearts as we learn to faithfully wait on Him for HIS answer to what is best for us!

“When I wait, you strengthen my heart.” Psalms 24:17

We’ve all been given an amazing opportunity to reset many things in our lives right now! Let’s not waste it! Let’s reset the way we trust the Lord in the unknown, in the waiting, KNOWING HE knows ALL and every detail and will NOT leave us to have to face anything alone!
