Often we hold on soo tightly to things in our lives or our own way of thinking because we don't want to change or it's just soo hard to let go.

But God cannot redeem what we will not release.

Maybe we forget that He still holds the power to heal and to set free. Maybe we don't believe that He can, or wants to. Maybe we forget at times, that He's still the God of miracles, that He can do in a moments time what might take years for us to work through on our own.

Don't let fear keep you from the truth. Trust Him, because He ALREADY knows the pain and worries you've felt. He ALREADY knows the wounds and trouble you've carried. He's ALREADY aware of the deception that has chased you down. He ALREADY knows how hard it's been for you. Period!

Choose today to believe in His commitment to you and know that He is beyond capable of redeeming this situation or the circumstances surrounding you. Release the things that have a hold on you so you can start to take steps towards your healing and freedom.
